Is TrackLink available yet?
TrackLink’s tracking, live map and billing are built and running in production. We’re finishing public sign-up rollout, so get in touch and we’ll get your team set up directly.
Do I need a tracker box or any hardware?
No. TrackLink runs on the phone your team member already carries — there is no box to fit, no installer to book and nothing to move when someone changes vehicle.
What does TrackLink cost?
TrackLink starts at £18/month for 1 Hub seat plus 3 Track seats, with a 14-day free trial. Extra Track and Hub seats come in packs, and an optional add-on extends history retention from 30 to 365 days — see full pricing.
How often does TrackLink update a device’s location?
The standard cadences are 30 seconds, 60 seconds or 5 minutes. A 5-second high-frequency mode and a 1-second Live Track mode are also available as explicit opt-ins for near-live tracking, with in-app battery and data guidance so you know the trade-off before you turn them on.
